Middle of everywhere
“Middle of everywhere” is a collaboration project between photographer
Birte Magnussen and sociologist Kristen Darling.
It is a mixed media work (photography, recordings) documenting the lives of the people living in an
isolated part of the misty Klamath mountains of Humboldt, Northern California.
In the heart of Bigfoot land. Far from the law, government and mainstream society. Here they try to live as self-sustained as possible, near the wild nature and animals.
